I Dream in Widescreen

Updated: Aug 16, 2018

I Dream in Widescreen, the annual event showcasing BFA Thesis films created by filmmaking students from the University of Arizona School of Theatre, Film & Television, took place this year on April 28 at the Fox Tucson Theatre. We couldn’t be happier for Sara Luu, winner of the Hanson Film Institute Award for Excellence in Production Design at this year’s I Dream in Widescreen. She was awarded for her work on the films SNOOZE (dir. Carolyn McKee) and NORAZIA (dir. Cullen Hamblen). Joe Garrity, Senior Filmmaker-in-Residence at the American Film Institute, was on hand to present the award, which was accompanied by a $500 cash prize. Congratulations to all UA School of Theatre, Film & Television BFA filmmakers!
